"I was referred here to the Neurology division for my daughter’s seizures from her pediatrician. We had to wait over three months for an appointment. Two days before the appointment, they cancelled on us, stating the doctor has “cancelled the clinic for tomorrow”. When I called to reschedule, the receptionist had no idea about this, put me on hold to then come back and say yes the appointment was cancelled. They then rescheduled us a month later, only to call the day before and say the doctor “cancelled the clinic” once again. This office is completely unprofessional and needless to say we are going with a different practice who was able to see us within two weeks of inquiring for an appointment."

"If you want the best for your child, stay far away from this place! No hospitality, unsanitary. Nurses did not wash or sanitize upon taking blood from my newborn. I feel guilty for not stepping in immediately. Didn’t know how to do a heel poke. Just awful experience. Switched to a Beaumont endocrinologist"

"The receptionist leaves a lot to be desired. Tried calling several times a week for the past 3 weeks. No living person will answer. They do not return messages left either. I had to drive my child out for a fasting 8 AM blood draw only to be sent away. The receptionist gave me the wrong address to Detroit's Childrens Hospital. The Detroit location was amazing. The Canton location needs to be reprimanded for their lack of empathy. The receptionist does not want you to use their location, is not helpful and does not care about their patients."

"My daughter was referred here by her pediatrician for her seizures and this has by far been my worst experience was a medical facility ever, they never answer the phone or return my calls after I leave multiple messages, I trying to get my daughters test results right now and I have been calling for 5 days straight I found her another doctor but I just wanted her results that I have been waiting for! Just horrible"

"We had an appt with a pediatric neurologist here last week for my daughter. I was happy and relieved to have her patiently listen to all of my concerns. We're getting some thorough tests done for my daughter over the next few weeks. Dr Mahmood (I hope I spelled that correctly) was great and we are coming back here for a G.I. appt as well!"
