"I have recently moved from Traverse City, and the Sara Hardy farm market is one of the things I miss the most. The too notch quality products are only paled in comparison when measured against the helpfulness and kindness of the volunteers and staff. It is an exceptional market in all areas"
"Great place for your fresh produce. Due to our inclement weather this spring the produce is about a week or two behind. The vendors are very accommodating and friendly. Besides selling produce, there are vendors there selling soaps, plants and cut flowers, and bakery items."
"At this market, you can discover a diverse range of agricultural products, including organic produce, an array of bakery items (including gluten-free options), and an abundance of fresh flowers. It’s a stunning market located near the Boardman River."
"I like this market, can always find something good there,; fresh produce, flowers, fresh baked bread. This year it's definitely more pricey, but still worth for some items. Biggest issue is PARKING. Extremely limited, can only imagine what it would be in summer. If parking was better, I probably would go more often."
"My daughter brought home 2 pints of strawberries this past Saturday from the farmers market and out of all of them we had almost a full pint of really bad, squishy ones. If they are picked fresh and sold at the market, then why in the heck are they so nasty??! Next time we get strawberries we will inspect them all before buying. I don't trust people. Bad business. It's a shame to, because what was edible was delicious."
