"Not very customer oriented. My mom had a bad chimney. Said why caused damaged to ceiling in house. Then turned claim away. My mom hired a chimney guy later last fall to fix it. She borrowed 1800$ from a credit union. Now they are cancelling her home insurance due to chimney. My mom is 79 yrs old. Very very ill. She just fell n got out of a nursing home rehab. Now this. Making us go through hoops for proof. Never go through here for insurance please. Over 20 yrs and mo dedication to their customers especially, if a claims made. Since then I got a call back after this review and they were able to fix this and maje sure my mother kept her house insurance. Thanks so much!"
