"Bad customer service. The guy that was working in there tried to charge me 2150 for a bag of candy that cost 1050 he tried to steal my money off. My debit card started an argument, then called the police on me made up lies made up lies to have me kicked out the store the coworker she was a female she made up lies to they’re in there, cheating people out of money. Check your receipts before you walk out the store the Devil is a lie bad customer service terrible store stop making false reports to the police. Tell the truth. The female coworker saw he charged me 2150 for something that cost $10. She made up lies to the Devil is a lie. It’s holiday season they cheating people out of money, calling the police and making false reports to the police. Then after she sent old boy in to the back of the store because she saw he was cheating me out of money. She saw it on my I show her then it’s like 10 people in line she let all of them go before didn’t want to charge my card because she know her coworker was cheating out of money they called the police on you make false we African-American guy and girl cheating people out I hope that you of money, making false report to the polic check your receipts They are prejudicing in there. Against stay home race I hope they cheating white people out of money when they come in the store because they doing it’s a Black people stop calling the police making false reports getting somebody kicked out of the store because of rumor, never seen these people in the day in my life, and they don’t like me the devil is a lie"

"My friend actually works there. I just got him a new job with full benefits paying twice as much. That family dollar treats their employees like animals. The power was out in the winter and the staff was forced to work in the cold, without light, or security cameras. Even after my friend was working upfront and was robbed at gun point they still wouldn't pay the extra money for a security guard. Employees quit there weekly. That's why I got my friend a job that can turn into a career. Horrible work environment and products because their deliveries are always late."

"The staff is friendly and very helpful. I was driving and saw this store and stopped there cause I had seen the Family Dollar ad online and I was looking for a specific item and was happy there was staff was there to help me. The store is nice and clean and products were full. Great parking. My experience was great and I will definitely go there again"

"Showed up there to do my normal shipping and I hear screaming. A man is yelling the N***a word to a woman that works there then had another employee outside my daughter recorded it from the car and I called the Eastpoint police. The employee in black was screaming some foul language back and got into a t truck together. Made my daughter very uncomfortable she was crying the whole ride home asking why didn’t anyone stop him. That’s being said I won’t be coming back and that was one of the well stocked stores too. My blessings go to thag employee and I was running that place she been fired. The manager who was being called n**** I hope that you had a better day- no one deserves that especially how cruel this society is now."
