"I normally read customer reviews to try and get a sense of what to expect from a business, but I rarely take the time to write a review. This is one of those times when I’ve had such an exceptional experience that I need to share my thoughts. In my youth I worked in a custom woodworking shop making cabinets and furniture, so when I was shopping for new kitchen cabinets, I had certain expectations about how they should be built and what materials should be used. When I checked out the construction of the cabinets I was impressed; dovetail joints, hardwood drawers/doors, plywood instead of particle board, high-quality construction and at a very reasonable price. I have designed and built most of the furniture and cabinetry in my home, but I couldn’t buy the materials and build the cabinets that I purchased for less than what I spent and I wouldn’t have been able to turn them out as quickly. Customer Service: I can’t say enough good things about Kitchen Cabinet Value and Scott Dostal. Scott provided exceptional customer service, he is very knowledgeable and was willing to share his experience to help me. Scott is a rare commodity these days; honest, straight forward, look you in the eye and tell you the truth kind of guy - old school (No B.S.). Great communication: Scott provided the expected delivery date and delivered on time. When I had questions, Scott either answered his phone when I called or called me back quickly when he was unable to answer. I highly recommend Kitchen Cabinet Value to anyone purchasing new cabinets.
