"I feel bad giving 2 stars, Kroger doesn't have any stores in Detroit, so at least there is this place (its the only reason for 2 stars) Now when it comes to anything other than essentials, canned food and any other food that goes bad after a certain time...think twice before you get your produce here. Oh and you know they add $$ on top of everything, because they feel since alot of people that go there are stuck in the area, dont have money for a car so theyre stuck dealing with PUBLIC FOODS prices and quality. If only the owner had a brain and lowered prices and sourced his produce from local small gardens that are all over the city, and showed us Detroiters, that he isnt just like e every other conevient store/Gas Station/liquor store, he or she is a business owner who actually GIVES A F! They're business would double in profit, and theyd pull new customers from Grosse Pointe, and surrounding neighborhoods. All it would take is to start carrying products that are trendy and sell those products at 0 markup...thats how you get people in your store, who otherwise wouldn't have ever came or even known theyre was a little Grocery spot they can trust! We all WANT TO GIVE OUR $$ TO DETROITERS...NOT KROGER AND DEFINITELY NOT CHIMESE RAN WALMART!! I wish i was given the opportunity to try and make this spot more popular and successful than it is today."
