"These companies really need to watch who they hire employees have very bad attitudes and zero customer service skills I called into the store at 9 am no greeting when answering just hello I had to make sure I called the store at that point and was on hold for 20 plus minutes called from a different phone Kenya says the call that was on hold hung up, I like her here the hold music and she says anyways your order is here soo , it’s the sassy attitude. Nobody picks your job you do so talking to customers like they’re your friend or your mom that made you made this morning is completely unprofessional. Exactly why people don’t go in these areas to places and go far out because the customer service is terrible"
