"I went to the gas station tonight, and I am a regular. I come every night! (I love the guy on midnights) I went to buy beer, gas, cigarettes, candy, and chips and the lady working was completely rude from the start. She had an attitude and carded me TWICE. I provided my id both times (even though she did it out of spite for some reason) but was still refused service because of her attitude! I didn't do anything wrong but give her back the attitude that she gave me. Literally turned down over a $60 sale for no reason! When I told her that I was going to call she said "I'm just going to tell them you gave me trouble providing your id" I went to the gas station across the street and gave them my money instead. You should find an employee that actually likes her job before you loose all your regular customers that spend a lot of money there"

"Clerk would not accept my Ohio ID and claimed it was fake, although I am 26 years old. But wasn’t fake enough to confiscate. Please train your employees on how to check IDs. Claimed it was store policy that they cannot accept out of state IDs."

"I have been a regular customer here for the past few years as a OU student. Tonight I was aggressively accused of stealing with no justification and was kicked out of the store. Being a regular, I have joked around with the man who kicked me out and insisted I have never been there before. This was after emptying my pockets and suggesting he check the security footage. The woman at the counter seemed to agree it was extremely excessive, but allowed it to happen regardless. Living directly across the road, it has always been convenient. I will never shop at this store again. I would love for someone to watch the security footage around 8:20-8:30 tonight to see how horribly their employees treat customers."

"Stopped in today to get lottery and something to drink. When I approached the counter there was one customer waiting, but no clerk. I waited for a few minutes, but still no clerk, so I called out for help at the counter. Several minutes later a woman showed up and rang up the man in front of me. I told her I had been waiting for several minutes, and almost left the store, because I didn't know if anyone was going to help. She was very rude and unapologetic. I paid for my drink with cash to get change for lottery. She handed me a wrinkled and torn $10 bill, I asked for a different bill to use in the lottery machine. She was unconcerned and said "just try it". Of course, the bill did not work in the machine, and by that time there were several people in line. I told her the bill did not work in the machine and asked her for another bill. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, SAID I HAD AN ATTITUDE, AND TOLD ME TO "LEAVE MY STORE NOW". I gladly complied and told her I would never return, nor will I ever buy gas there again!!! I will not spend one red cent in a store who's owners have this type of attitude!!! There are plenty of other options only minutes away, and I will shop where I am appreciated!! There is a shell station across the road with cheaper gas and convenience prices!! I strongly suggest that you avoid this store, as the owner clearly despises customers and does not appreciate their patronage!!"
