"I hadn't visited this location for a while and I was disappointed when I recently did. There was only one traditional cashier open, even though there were lots of customers waiting. The self scanners do not accept cash, so that is part of the problem. Another problem is that some customers have very large orders. These are difficult to do in a self-scan check out, nor should one have to. In addition, the one cashier, while checking out customers, had no choice but to keep yelling and trying to direct other customers to the self checkouts. In the course of checking out my order, she did this several times. I know it's not her fault, but the store needs to have someone else directing traffic to the self checkouts. I asked to speak to the manager, who told me that they were "short staffed". Well then he should have been out there helping the situation. It should not all have fallen on the one cashier. It's not fair to her or the customers she is waiting on. It's doubtful that I will return to this location. It really was a disappointing visit."
