"Recently moved to the area so I was in need of cleaning supplies, a curtain rod and lotion (ohmigosh my hands are so dry here). I had added stuff to a basket online but wanted to take a look at anything else they may have. Online it showed that they had plastic spray bottles in stock at the store. Unfortunately that was not the case. The store looked kinda ransacked, which I've noticed since moving here. I'm not sure if there's a shortage or people are stocking up for winter or what. Anyway, this lovely gentleman assisted me in locating a few of the items I was looking for but confirmed that they did not have the spray bottles and that their online to store stock is typically off. He was a genuinely kind and helpful associate and I wish I had gotten his name. The cashier was not very talkative but assisted me quickly."

"Pleasantly surprised on my trip here. I haven’t been to a Big Lots in a very, very long time but came here as a last resort after driving to several stores in the area looking for a particular gift. I found it at a great price here..and picked up a bunch of Christmas decor for my home that was on sale too! The elderly woman at the register was very kind and overall it was a great experience. Some nice finds and really great value. I’ll visit again in the new year!"
