"Love ❤️ the furniture however the one store in the area in Michigan is horrible compared to the RH store that displayed so much in Somerset Collection that we once had! Birmingham store has the basics nothing more and not much at all so if your looking to buy, you should just do it online then waste your time driving to this location for the staff to have to just show you the furniture online too."

"I can't believe how cheap all this furniture is made, given the price. The staff are all snooty and rude and think that this is like a high-end luxury furniture place. Literally all the furniture I looked at was made only to *look* visually nice, from a distance away. If you approach it, look underneath it, knock on it, I couldn't find a single piece of solidly built natural wood furniture. It's all like melamine coated, fake finish, lightweight, hollow feeling. I was able to lift up one of their nightstands off the ground with two fingers easily. Recommend looking elsewhere."

"Very nice. Upscale, fashionable, modern but huge furniture for large homes with tons of square footage. Not a fan of couches with no back support because huge pillows give the look of part of the piece but are not. All the chairs and loungers are so low to the ground. Still, some nice designs. Very, very expensive."

"We spent over $19,000 at this place. Got the cloud sofas in leather. When we first got them, there were spots on the couches that looked like someone put burn marks with a cigarette. They kept on attributing it to a “natural look” that just didn’t sit well with me. The manager came out to look and tried convincing me that it was suppose to look like that. He said he’d call corporate to see if he could do anything and I never heard from him again, even though I left messages on his voicemail for a follow-up. They also will not help or recommend anything if you by chance get a stain on your furniture. Honestly, our cheap Garden City furniture we replaced were way more comfortable anyway. Just really disappointed with our experience with this company. Will never buy anything there again!"
