"I got my new queen bed in April after having horrible sleep for months. I wasn't sure on what I wanted exactly so when I went in I was open minded. Customer service was great, delivery was the next day and the purchase process didn't take long. I was in and out in less than a couple of hours. D'Woud King was the salesperson who assisted me and he was very patient through my questions and indecisiveness. The people who delivered my bed communicated well, calling prior to and confirming my address. They were swift and placed the bed right where I wanted it. The base was discounted at the time of my purchase since I opted out of the free base or gift card offer and my mattress got discounted as well. I went with the iComfort CF3000. Very comfortable thus far and I love my adjustable base! It's great when I'm using my laptop in bed. The adjustable bases do allow room for you to place a bed frame around it, if preferred. I ordered my frame separately."
