"The only reason this store gets a 2 is because of the store manager Benita, she is the bomb, she really have tried to assist me with my order no matter what. The worker Markee pretends like he is the store manager when he is not. Very rude and disrespectful , this man actually cancels my orders and hangs up in my face because I refuse to deal with him. He is harassing me at this point, because I have especially made it clear that I do not want him to service me. Even the guys who tried to move my first set in stated that they hear complaints about him all the time. This store really needs him gone."

"Greta from this location keeps trying to call our office and ask for a former employee and when I asked her to remove us she said she can’t, she won’t, she will keep calling unless that employee calls her as she put the number down. It’s not her personal number and it’s a business and she said she will keep calling. Garbage place."

"Had a simply bad experience. My order was a washer and dryer.after I put a down payment and gave detailed delivery information the rep here said they would call for a delivery between 3 and 7 I got a call around 6 saying they had 1 delivery ahead of me. It never came. I missed a day of work and all customer service said was sorry. Unless you can take several days off, I'd go with rent a center"

"Poor customer service - I missed several payment due to me being sick and Aarons came to my home taking pictures of my wife license plate , along with harassing my family , job and co- workers for a missed payment. I even offered to pay the TV off for good standing with the company. I had to bring my attorney in for harassment. I had to call corporate office to make several complaints. My next step will be calling my connect at Fox 2..."
