"I would rather give them zero stars for the terrible customer service I received today. My pick up order was scheduled from 5-6pm. They called shortly after 5pm telling me it would not be ready until 7pm because they had a lot of call offs. I get there at 730p and stay there for 90 minutes before someone finally decided to let me know they were running behind. At 930pm someone else came to the car and didn't have my order. So I told them to cancel it. They did not. I get home and call to cancel the order. I was only given fake apologies, excuses, and finger pointing to other employees as to why I didn't get my order. Worst customer service ever. And I'll never shop at this location again. And maybe never at Kroger period."

"I go to the Kroger pharmacy in Canton every month. Never have a problem until I transferred my prescription over to Westland like an idiot. They act like they've never seen a prescription before. There are no reasons to hold me up. The prescription was called in last night. No one would even acknowledge mean not even the pharmacy. The pharmacist himself didn't say anything. Then. I kind of got a little loud because obviously I had to be. And he told me I have to wait 20 minutes after. I had already waited fifteen minutes for him to even show up. Never again even for groceries"

"I have been to this store several times in the past 2 weeks. Each time the store has been dirty. Today, there were no shopping carts available at the front of the store. There were not enough employees, and the two I encountered were rude. Yesterday, the employee I encountered was so rude, I walked out before there was a confrontation. This store is horribly managed, and I will be driving down the road to Meijer or Walmart from now. It pains me to say both are cleaner and less frustrating to shop at."

"The pickup department definitely needs improvement. I waited over 30 minutes for a pickup order. The employee claimed to have called me prior to my time slot to inform me of the delay, but I never received a call from kroger until I arrived in the parking lot at 10:10 am. The lady on the phone was very rude and dismissive when I tried telling her that I did not receive any such phone call. It is very sad to see the start of the downfall of this department and store."
