"I had a less than pleasant experience with the bakery. I spoke with a Manager and he seemed genuinely interested in resolving the problem. So the one star isn’t on management’s behalf it’s just the bakery. I’m going to continue using the bakery at Holiday Market. The staff in the Whole Foods bakery needs customer service training for future customers. That’s all."

"I shopped at Whole Foods at 7350 Orchard Lake Rd, West Bloomfield today. I am back home now, yet still bothered by today’s experience at this store. So I decide to share the story. See the picture attached, the Sale sign says “All Toys 37% off”. So you would naturally believe the two cute stuffy animals (dog and bear) will be on sale, right? But wrong! When I really they were charged full prices at the checkout, I went back to the toys’ section and took the picture and showed it to the Customer Service. The Customer Service staff told me that the dog and bear were actually NOT toys. So you don’t get the discount. But I questioned, if they were not considered as “toys”, why they were placed at the toy section, especially right next to the yellow sale sign? The staff member just gave me an ice-cold look, which I still feel chilling thinking about it. She was like, this is what is it, how absurd for you to question. So in summary, if you don’t want to ruin your holiday shopping fun, don’t you dare to question, especially avoiding the Customer Service at this store by all means. The staff members at the Maple rd Whole Foods are much nicer and reasonable. Happy Holidays!"

"Great selection of food. They often have groceries that are hard to find at other large chain grocery stores. The store atmosphere/quality has declined slightly over the years but still pretty clean and well maintained. The Amazon Food Pickup is great - reasonable timing and rarely is something out of stock."

"Pretty good experience, but I always do. I stopped in to pick up a few items and return an Amazon package. No issues, friendly staff (especially the lady at the front customer service station) and the Amazon return employee."

"I've never eaten at a whole foods before... but we were there and wanted a fast meal. I have never been so disapointed... I ordered a meal and two sides... for the meal I ordered the sweet chili shrimp-now I've had over cooked shrimp before but this was almost unchewable. As far as sides go I ordered the tortellini with peas and prosciutto and green bean with shallots. Now I know prosciutto is a cured raw pork but should not be slimy... I couldn't bring myself to eat it. I was hoping the green beans would save this experience but no they were chewy... how do you even make chewy green beans??? The staff was friendly and the in store experience was overall good. Unfortunately the food was not worth my money or time, I threw it out practically uneaten... I will not dine at a whole foods again in the future."
