No intimidating show room, that can suck up hours of your time, or sales people trying to get you to buy a particular product. Jason is flexible with scheduling appointments and transparent with his communication. He has a nice selection of mattresses to choose from, without making it overwhelming. He's friendly, approachable and won't pressure you. It was a great experience from start to finish and we were thrilled to avoid a big box store and support someone local.
