"I felt that Bryan was quite a “know it all” from my first phone call including when I drove over. He told on the phone that all chairs are ergonomically correct. That should have been my first clue. He told me in person that all desk chairs come only in one size with adjustable parts. Not true! This is especially important if you are short or tall. I am going to Wolverine. I could go on but to add that he had quite an attitude!"
