"I ordered four gallons of polyurethane. When I opened the first can, there was a white chunky layer at the bottom of the can. After stirring for 15 minutes, the polyurethane looked like it had orange juice pulp in it. I opened the second can, which was covered with polyurethane on the can before opening, and it was a much darker shade than the first can, and also had a chunky layer that would not stir in. I contacted the company for a refund three days ago and they asked me to send pictures of the polyurethane. I provided the pictures via email and I have not heard back. I contacted them yesterday and they said I would hear back by the end of the day and I have not heard back. They sold me junk that has probably been sitting on a shelf for years and has oxidized and they should provide me with a refund. Very poor customer service. I should not have to chase people down and follow up constantly to get a refund on a $200 purchase when the company sent me garbage polyurethane. Totally unacceptable. If you want a quality product with a company who has good customer service, take your business elsewhere. Terrible experience in general. 0 stars if I could. Edit: The company contacted me via email shortly after the review was posted and arranged for a return. Although they initially said that I was required to pay return shipping (on 4 gallons - 33 lbs of defective product that they shipped to me), I was ultimately provided with a shipping label by the store."

"Great products and staff that knew them so well that they could give us the best advice. Went home and painted the ceiling and was very pleased with the coverage and spreadability. We will use this paint for the hall, kitchen and front hall as well. We also picked out a stain for all the hall doors including the sliding barn door on the coat closet."

"First time visiting and this will officially be where I get all paint moving forward! I stopped in pretty close to closing time and asked for a custom match for some repairs I wanted to do. Even though it was only a small little sale the staff was super friendly and didn't blink an eye that it was nearing closing time. They were very friendly and asked questions about my paint job and what I was looking to accomplish to help me get the best match. The owner was also there (didn't know it when I first started chatting with him) and was giving me paint tips while I waited. Very highly recommend!"
