"NEVER AGAIN! I celebrated my son’s 12th birthday at this establishment today and the experience was horrible. When we arrived the staff said they did not know we wanted them to set the party up… like what.. Isn't that the reason people pay hundreds of dollars to come here?!? The party area we were in was cold. On top of all of that, the staff were less than helpful. The host was shared with another party so finding help when needed was a hassle. And just so I don't forget to mention the ice cream was brought out and the host disappeared leaving us with melted ice cream once someone finally showed back up. And instead of taking accountability we were given an attitude and the host slammed the ice cream on the table. I rather spend my money on my kids directly than waste it at a business that doesn't even care about their customers. Do better!"

"Not a lot of variety. Dodgeball and basketball. Toddler section was a joke. It was a way to spend an hour though and the kids enjoyed themselves."

"Facility was clean and pretty well maintained. Good price and a lot of good jumping space. Wish there were more varied type of bouncing situations. Under construction in one spot (winter 2023) but not an issue as far as entertainment. The spots with issues needed to be more protected as kids could easily get to them. I wish there was an area for little kiddos and then bigger kiddos. The staff needed to intervene more."

"We'll organized birthday party at this location. The set up was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful to host, setup and offer assistance at all times. Check-in process for kids was quick and with staff walking around the play area, there was help for kids at all times. For a Saturday evening, it wasn't crowded and the kids had loads of fun. The play areas were well maintained and clean."
