"Had the worst experience with kinder care Ryan road even before sending my kid there. I used to call them frequently enquiring about getting a place for my kid. They gave us an appointment and also gave us a tour. We asked them if we could send our kid just 3 days a week and they accepted it and asked us to register with 100$. After paying the money , they say that we have to send the kid all 5 days a week and it’s a rule of kindercare. Now the 100$ registration fee is also not refundable. Very disappointed with the way they have handled this. Please be aware before paying or admitting your kid. I was carried away that they are one of the best day care chains but hadn’t expected this kind of cheating."

"This daycare is very unprofessional!!!!! I sent my kids here for a month and gave them a two week notice that I am moving and I was told they cannot change their policy and I have to pay for the two weeks for tuition but yet after the first week they found someone to fill the spot and decided to pack all my kids belongings and left it at the front door and told me I no longer need to take my kids to this daycare. They did not call me the morning of or email me to let me know the situation but just when i came to pick them up on a tuesday night. Ps: this daycare is so inconsistent with teachers that I do not even know what the new girls name was that took care of my kids who was very mean to the kids and always gave a dirty look. Every time I came in to pick up my kids she was sitting there, so if you happen to go in, it’s the bigger white girl in the discovery preschool (if she last)."

"I absolutely love this place and the best part is that my daughter does too! My daughter is always talking about her friends and teachers. The staff are amazing and you can tell they care about each child. They give you updates throughout the day and have a curriculum so the kids are always learning. My daughter is thriving in her environment and it gives me peace of mind knowing she's safe and happy while I'm at work. I can't recommend this center enough."

"We are very happy with our choice to send our two boys full time to Ryan Road Kindercare. They have a great learning curriculum, the teaching staff and the director Laura Marsh and Assistant director Ms Amanda are absolutely caring loving and above all understanding to each child’s needs and strengths. I was a little disappointed in the size of the center but realized it’s one of the original buildings but the care and curriculum are unsurpassed. My children always talk about their teacher Ms Monica and how much they love her. I can tell you that I have not worried through covid because they are very good at keeping the center well cleaned and following protocols. we have never had a covid scare or shutdown. You will be happy with your choice to send your children here they are in the best hands. In my opinion that is priceless."

"My daughter, her father, and I absolutely love this learning center! My daughter is always excited to come in and we are always greeted with a warm smile from everyone. It can be tough to put your child's wellbeing in the hands of other people, but the teachers and staff feel like family to me and they are great with communication and I'm confident my girl is receiving the care she needs. With baby #2 on the way, I can relax knowing he/she will be well taken care of when I have to go back to work. I have a very busy schedule that is random every week. Miss Emily and Miss Amanda are wonderful with accommodating my crazy workdays. My daughter loves all the fun activities and projects she gets to be involved in and she absolutely adores her teacher, Miss Brooke. And I am always surprised at how much my daughter learns! We highly recommend this center to all of our friends and family :)"
