"Exact opposite experience than listed above. When I called the nice receptionist refered me to a "Dave" character whom was only concerned with part numbers. Very unpleasant and belittling experience. I really did not think a belt inquiry would be such a big ordeal, especially considering I had all the information. I had written the correct size to the mm, thickness, tooth count, pitch, any detail needed to make a sale on a notepad in hand....had the conversation even gotten that far they possibly could have made a sale today.
