"My visit started out as -1 star when I walked in & spoke w/the 1st rep that I approached; but ended in a great experience, thanks to Mr. Henry, so I rated 5 stars!! I walked in, approached a customer service rep near the counter. I greeted the rep with a hello, & asked a couple of questions for help. Based on the responses that I received I appeared to be a bit of a bother, so I asked for another rep to be called. Mr. Henry, unaware of what I'd just encountered, immediately greeted me with smiles & assisted. It's important that understand that as REPS, WE ARE the face of the business. "this is my local Lowe's, so I can't speak for every location... extremely busy. I found it difficult to find an employee to help me find what I was looking for. once I did he really wasn't any help! once I decided to settle for less than what I wanted, I saw the line to check out. only self checkout, and the line was at least 15 people deep. so I walked out."
