"I've been buying this product for the last 3 years. And I've always found it to be a good product that goes together for the easy, at a halfway decent price. However, in the middle of this year they decided to change the pickets, along with a couple other parts. The new pickets are garbage. First off they are double pickets, which dosent match the old product. And the width of of the picket is larger, making it much more difficult to fit in the top and bottom rail, along with the posts. Now it takes two people to build a panel instead of one, and it takes a lot more time trying to struggle to put these things together. I can buy something just as good, and cheaper online. Which I will never do. So, with that said I'm going to be looking for a new vendor to supply my vinyl fence. It's too bad, because I really like the product before. But when you try to save a dollar, you end up with an inferior product."

"The little boy at the front counter is very rude! The older man that works there turns red as a tomato. They promise a day to get material, and when that day comes, you get told, "Oh well!" Be very aware of getting a warranty, because they do NOT honor anything they say."
