"Spoke to Craig on the phone trying to order a replacement window. After not hearing back for a week i stopped in. They were all very friendly, suggesting they would have someone stop by to make sure they had the right item ordered. Called a week later and was met with less friendliness, and was told they had 'called the rep' (from the window company) and would get back to me in an hour. They did not call back. Three phone calls (and weeks)later i am told the same thing, they'll try to get ahold of the rep again and call me back, still with no response. After two months of this i called a competitor and the window was ordered in two days."
