They didn't sell the kind of speakers we need (for Karaoke) but they had some great recommendations and talked us through why the speaker we were using was having issues. We feel so much more confident now looking for new ones, and couldn't be more grateful for their help."

"Walked in to the shop to purchase a new audio and video system for our home. A wonderful gentleman named Elijah waited on us and took time to show us some of the systems on the floor. He explained he was not one of the sales personnel, but would assist us the best he could, until he had to leave. So he informed the other two people in the showroom, we were waiting. We waited and waited, not even being acknowledged by the other two individuals!!! We waited some more, listening to the small talk these people were having with the customers who had been helped before our arrival. I can understand being busy. I can understand being understaffed. I cannot however, understand how sales people can ignore customers, who are obviously ready to purchase product, by standing around talking about anything but the equipment or the sale, and not even reaching out to us to acknowledge our presence, while we waited patiently for 45 minutes??? I believe in keeping my purchases local, from local businesses. This location even has a sticker in the front window, stating they're members in the "Local Kalamazoo Business Association!" So in essence this establishment has lost a $10,000.00-20,000.00 sale. My money will spend very well somewhere else."

"Recently stopped in with an issue with my receiver. I was assisted with the tech and met with the owner John Ferry and he took me through some of the latest and greatest in video and sound. Very impressive, knowledgeable and no pressure looking into my next setup!! Professionals that know their stuff and helpful at whatever level of equipment you are looking for. I will be back!"

"I needed a replacement cartridge for my VPI turntable, called Kazoo and spoke with John and he was a wealth of information on what my options were in performance and price. I ordered a Hana ML from Kazoo and took my turntable down to the shop. John gave my wife and I a tour of the store, they have equipment from high end to entry level and multiple listening rooms to audition stereo equipment. John answered all our questions. I ended up buying a new Parasound phono stage to go with the Hana ML. My system sounds even better than before.
