"They are very nice ! They did the floors ( both carpet & hardwood) for my entire house when we bought our home! They were on point and very efficient! Quick to respond! Also, very accommodating! Wonderful customer service! My floors looking amazing! I referred them to everyone I know. Many of my family members booked with them after they saw my floors!!! They will have you satisfied! Update 06/08/23 : All of the carpet you guys installed in my house has began to lift. It’s very noticeable too. I can’t believe it. I thought it would last for years but only lasted one year. Very disappointed."

"I wouldn’t suggest anyone to do business with them. They over promised and didn’t provide quality service or product. Run do not walk away from this business. The work performed was subpar and delivered wrong product. Tried to resolve issue but they were argumentative and combative. A valuable lesson learned. Please think twice before doing business with them."

"Terrible service! The installers didn't finish my floor because they ran out of carpet material and never retuned to finish the job. Now they don't return my calls or respond to my requests to finish the job. My advise to anyone is Don't do business with this company! The owner replied to say the closet wasn't include!? Really? Seems a third of the room wasn't either cause it looks like they patched it with a totally different color carpet. See pics"

"I was incredibly happy with them. We had gotten quotes from other companies and Roman Floors were almost $2000 less. Not only were they cheaper, we met with them on a Sunday so my wife and I could both be there. They were on time and very friendly. They were able to come the very next weekend and got our entire upstairs and 1 room downstairs done in one day. The guys who came for the install were very polite and even helped move some of the heavier furniture without me even asking. When they pulled up the carpet in some of the bedroom the padding had literally turned to dust. They swept and vacuumed it up with no complaints. All in all I was very happy with the customer service and the quality of the work."
