"This place is AWESOME and here's why: They will spend 30 minutes with you to make $10. Think about that. Think about the person that goes into a store and has no idea what they are looking for, what it's called, what the thread is, etc... they just have some general term that means nothing. Imagine spending 10 minutes on google, looking through parts books, etc... just to find a bolt/nut. Then that person only needs 5 or so of them. They do that multiple times a day, everyday. The revenue per minute is extremely low, they have to darn near be an expert on fasteners, and somehow they do this while being KIND. I dislike my experiences with a lot of stores, but when service is this d**m good, it's a MUST that I support this place whenever possible. If they were open 7 days, I'd never visit a big box store for a fastener again."

"They are very attentive to detail. If you need stainless steel or aluminum bolts, they have it. Bulk or onesiez twosies - they have. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Very different from big box stores. I have visited these guys for years. Also, best place to get harden steel bolts."
