"Not what I expected at all. We came to visit on my son’s 15th birthday and asked for the Family Fun day package displayed on the counter and they could not accommodate because they didn’t have the food for the package. I tried to order a pizza and was told they only had enough for the party’s scheduled that day. They also ran out of chicken. Because every attraction DID NOT have staff my 4 year was able to play on the swings but once staff arrived was told he had to be 5 years old which caused confusion and obviously made my toddler upset. Not sure if we would be visiting again as it wasn’t a pleasant experience."

"I went in a couple weeks ago and the experience overall was great. My friends and I had a wonderful time. The checking in process was a breeze. The manager Ben was extremely helpful and kind. Will definitely be visiting again."

"We celebrated our kid’s birthday here. Everyone had a pleasant experience. The staff also managed to bring in more pizzas on short notice. I recommend signing waivers online before visiting the place. This happens to be a bottleneck for them."

"Good place for kids to have fun.. some areas need more workers to control the kids... some slides rage needs to be replaced.. food is okay especially the pizza, but I don't recommend the chicken."

"Super friendly staff. All places where the kids played were clean. No odor anywhere - and I have a nose like a hound dog. I'd return for sure. It is a nice indoor place for kids to burn off energy. My only suggestion is update those bathrooms. All the doors are bent and barely close, letalone lock."
