Also the folks that help you load up are helpful as well if you have large items in terms of being patient helpful and smart about how to stack your stuff well."

EACH BUNDLE SHOULD BE 50FT LINEAR OR COVER 200SQFT (2'x4'x50'= 200sqft) AND THEY'RE SELLING YOU 48FT WHICH IS ACTUALLY ONLY 192 SQFT, BUT I GUESS THEY FIGURE MOST PEOPLE DON'T NOTICE... Because I didn't notice on my last bundle I bought a few months ago from them until it didn't cover the whole 50ft... Got another bundle today and realized same situation then got refund. Bought a bundle instead at Menard's and it's accurate! You should always have 25 slats(25x2ft=50ft)not 24, simple math... Like the bundle in the pic from Menard's!! "It sounds like they really dropped the ball in terms of their customer service. Delaying the delivery for more than 4 hours without any explanation or apology. It's also incredibly disappointing that they refused to accept return of few materials. As a retailer, it's their job to help customers and ensure that they are satisfied with their purchases. Overall, it sounds like this business has some serious issues with their customer service and business practices. It's definitely a good idea to think twice before dealing with them in the future. There are plenty of other alternatives out there who will treat their customers with the respect and care they deserve."
