"OMG...I was in a state of panic, I needed a mouse trap of some sort. I never had a mouse in my house. It was 7:58 p.m and Best Value was closing at 8 p.m. I was so happy they had NOT locked the doors. All the lights were still on and the owner greeted me with a smile on his face. He asked, "What can we help you with". I needed sticky mouse traps. I had been to four stores, everyone was out of stock. This was the last attempt for the night. "Yes, ma'am, I just got a full load of them in." I couldn't have been happier at that moment. The whole time, the owner kept a smile on his face. His voice was cheerful and kind. Not what I expected from anyone two minutes before closing. Best Value at 24313 Grand River has my business for as long as I'm in Michigan. The next morning, I had caught the little mouse that kept me up the night before. It was a perfect ending to a bad situation."
