She put the phone on hold and when she came back on she proceeded to act as if the connection was bad or muted and hung up. The call at 2:50pm ish on 5/18/2023 was not muted. It was actually taken in the parking lot of this business on a car speaker.She didn't utilize the caller id to call back either . I went to Best Block Co and got the service I needed with no waiting."
