"This place saved Christmas for my family! I was last minute with getting our tree up and by the time I did we couldn’t find the artificial tree base. My 8yr old was so sad he thought Santa wouldn’t come without the tree. I went to 10 different places with no luck. I finally found this place and not only were they willing to go out of their way to make sure I got a tree stand, they made an offer for a used stand for $2! The $2 stand was a perfect fit! I am beyond grateful!"
"Made a business call on 11-10-23 and was asked to mail my info to the buyer at the store. The gentleman that answered my call today said he was sick of me calling and to take him off the call list. Which is fine but he was screaming at me. Which is very unprofessional. All he had to say was I am not interested! Very poor customer service for a manager or owner of a company!"
