"I've always preferred Sherwin-Williams paint, and the color matching is good too. I went in to try to match my house siding stain, that my painters had gotten somewhere else. None of the swatches was a perfect match - it was like the color was right in the middle of three of the swatch colors. I put notes on each swatch color, and apologized when I dropped it off at S-W with a small sample of untouched wood. (When I first dropped it off they lost track of it, but were able to find it with a follow up phone call.) The employee who does most stain matches, Devon, mixed up two different quarts and one of them was very nearly PERFECT! Considering the sketchy guidance on the color, I was quite impressed."

"I stood in the line for 25 minutes. Staff were rude one in particular (D.....) and had serious attitude when dealing with the customers. The other employee was incompetent and didn’t know what he was doing. I have been several SW stores and have never had any issues. Go elsewhere for your painting needs."

"It was a very awkward situation. I was not happy with the color consultant handling of my consultation. Correct and prompt information was not forwarded to my contract painters and caused some issues. I went to the store to resolve the problem. David professional, knowledgeable, provide solutions and recommendations to clear up the issue. He was very sensitive to help me and still just stick with facts and focus on solving the problem very nicely. Thank You David."
