"Wow. Didn't answer the phone on 4 different business days, with me trying several times per day, only for them to finally answer on a Monday and be super rude over the phone. Unfortunately I HAVE to go to a Sherwin Williams to paint mat h what my condo used. Otherwise I would avoid all together."

"I tried to switch to SW from Home Depot. What a mistake. I had to run to several SW to get the tools and supplies I need or wait a day or two for items to arrive instock. Seems like SW is very unorganized and when it comes down to it corpate is just about the $$. Home Depot has always been there for me and the paint matching has always been dead on. SW will always try to sell you the most expensive product even when it's not needed and on several occasions they accidentally mix the high end product when I requested the standard paint then expect you to pay for it anyways. This has not been an issue just a Livonia but every SW branch I visited. People I talked with at corporate will say whatever you need to hear but never follow thru as they promise. Maybe it has something to do with all the debt SW is drowning in.lol"
