"Bought a door, was cut incorrectly, charged $80 to recut $300.00 door, backsets were still off and I had to modify them by myself. Absolute worst customer service of any supply houses I go to. Most supply houses will bend over backwards to accommodate their customers, this place is not one of them. The company culture seems to emanate from the owner on down. Highly recommend you take your business somewhere else."
