"Visited here and the place is clean and the furniture there to choices are great. Found a very nice chair that we were ready to pull the trigger on. That's when the problem arose involving the purchase. We were told we could not buy what we were looking at. Even tho it was clearly setting there on the floor and there were actually two. If we were interested the chair would be ordered and come from Chicago. On top of that the chair would not be shipped until a full order was was made. Because they would not ship one chair. This was rather confusing because the chair was right in front of us and we had cash in hand. Ultimately if we decided to buy it the chair might not come for sometime. I don't understand and we will probably be looking elsewhere. It's a nice place, nice inventory too. I just don't understand there purchase procedure. There were also several employees moving around but only one made an effort to talk with us. The rest seemed like they were distracted and not very approachable."

"Lisa was a wonderful help on the floor when we where trying to pick out a couch! She was kind enough to give us our space while looking at out options! When she saw that we slowed down to look more closely at a certain couch, she would pull up all the options of that couch on her tablet and show them to us. Wonderful experience"

She showed me alternative options from what I initially thought I wanted. She made sure the colors and availability & delivery could happen within my time frame. She made suggestions on set up and protection plans that worked for our family. This is the third set of furniture I have purchased from Bob’s. A loving room for myself, my mother and now my father. "Bought a recliner chair from Bob's the sales person was persistent with trying to get me to buy the goof proof warranty saying that he had purchased it and his son's did something to his chair and it broke and his whole chair was replaced I haven't had this chair two years yet ith frame is broke, it doesn't recline I have to use Bungie cords to keep it together and I have sent in two different claims and both have been denied don't purchase this insurance you will just be wasting your money because it doesn't cover anything"
