"I have been dropping-in Crossfit AZO during the holidays for past 4 years and would definitely recommend this place to everyone! The coaches are very nice and provide great coaching cues, the community is friendly and fun to be around during wods, and the facilities are fantastic. The workouts are always challenging, but modifiable for beginners. I usually go on their website or facebook page to check out the next days workout - it's another added plus for them to publish their workouts online for those who are interested.
