"I’m trying to decide between vinyl plank floors and hardwood floors. I was referred to Michigan hardwood by an installer. Stop them. The people at the store were very informative and from what I could tell their prices were competitive. They have three or four different manufactures, and only sell hardwood floors, the choices of hardwood were an engineered laminate hardwood or solid hardwood. They have lots of flooring displays done to look at as well as sample panels to review and take home. I spent an hour, just talking about the pros and cons of hardwood floors and really appreciated the time they gave me. They don’t do installations, but I have a list of installers that they refer for your work."
