"I placed an order for black mulch and ask for triple shredded. They delivered brown instead and later told me that I should have gotten colored black double shredded instead. They were not nice about their mistake and failed to provide any compensation back for their error. I will not be using them in future and do not recommend this company."

"I'm very happy with the customer service of this company. I had to cancel my mulch delivery on the day that it was delivered. I put a tarp down on the new date so that it wouldn't discolor my concrete driveway. It was breezy and the tarp shifted by the time that the driver arrived. Before I could make it out of my house, he had climbed out of his truck and adjusted it. That little effort shows me that this company is concerned with its customer.
