"We had a large deck to re-work and I sought out bids for the materials. I was committed to using the Genovations decking and got bids from several area lumber yards. Dundee had the best pricing and their delivery charge was fair. They were helpful in all aspects of our project. They even called a local homeowner so I could look at their finished deck with these materials. I made a mistake when I ordered some lumber that was too short and they cheerfully brought out the correct dimension lumber and took back the wrong boards. I never would have known about this place but for the list given me by Genova of the yards that carry their products. They were the farthest from our house but even with the delivery charge they were much less. I purchased a number of joists from them also and these boards were all straight and of good quality. I can not say the same about the lumber I got from one of the national chains. This is a great local place that seems to know how to take care of their customers. Highly recommended. 6-30-19 update- I needed some parts to put our deck back together after some flashing work. Glen was able to get these parts sent quickly directly to us and our party was saved. In an age when customer service is an afterthought, Dundee knows how to treat people."
