"The scheduler did an amazing job getting our carpet scheduled before our holiday parties. It was supposed to take a couple extra weeks once the materials arrived. They coordinated everything perfectly to get all 4 rooms installed with plenty of time to get the house back in order. The installers were in and out in less time than we thought too. Not one seam was visible, and all the carpet pieces were picked up, vacuumed and left in pristine condition."

"If you’re able to visualize precisely what your flooring is going to look like and don’t need to rely on your sales person, the measuring team, or the installer to provide any advice or potential pitfalls, then this is the place I would recommend. I was supposed to know my flooring type wouldn’t look good on stairs and that it was going to be pieced together vs having a solid step and riser. We also have to have 1/2 of the steps repaired due to a “product defect”. I’ve had two independent builders both tell me they wouldn’t leave a job that looked like this. The installer also refused to wear any foot coverings or put down anything to protect our existing flooring because it’s a “work zone” we just needed to accept that. Just not what I expected based on the reviews and amount of money spent. My advice would be to just purchase your own material and give it a go to save $10k."
