"We are just trying to find a mattress that doesn’t hurt my husband’s back at night. Their return policy is a scam. They will tell you (repeatedly) it costs $250 to return, but at the end of the day, it will cost twice that, but they won’t be up front with you about that. We worked with Matthew S and I feel that he misled us when we bought a mattress with him."
