"First, let me say the staff, in particular the person who sold me the mattress was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He deserved a five of five starts. The mattress, unfortunately, was not what I had hoped for. It has been four months since the mattress was delivered. I should have noticed the creaks from the first night, but I noticed it when it became much louder a few weeks later. The firmness was fine, but the weave of the mattress surface was such that I felt like I was sleeping on a waffle iron. I thought I could get used to it, but couldn't. I had an old thick cotton sleeping bag that I placed between the mattress and the mattress pad. That solved the waffle iron problem, but now, just four months after purchase, it has started to sag slightly in the middle. I have never had this problem before with such a new bed. Unfortunately, I'm sure it could not be replaced at this time. I will just have to deal with it."
