"Do not purchase any warranty with this company! We have been waiting over 3 months for our couch motor to be replaced. It took over 3 weeks for them to even schedule someone to come look at our couch (we thought I was being fixed that day, but he apparently was just there to confirm there was a problem). Technician said he would order the part right away and it may be up to 30 days before they could install. I messaged them several times asking what was taking so long and never got a reply back. That was 7 weeks ago and we finally got an email saying our claim has been approved and the part would be ordered. Can’t give me an estimate of when it will arrive. When I reached out about how disappointing the service has been, the only thing i received back was a thank you for reaching out reply. No apologies or explanation for why it took almost 3 months for our claim to be approved. We were also told that they were shipping the part directly to us and then we would need to wait for a technician to be scheduled to come and fix it. This is the most ridiculous process and we have been without a motor on one side of our electric couch for 3 months now. I will NEVER purchase another warranty from this company and will be telling others to not as well."

"Made a claim, they emailed me with questions that were already provided on the claim. I emailed them back, never receiving another response. Even though they have my receipt, I received a text from a cell phone asking for my serial #. I provided said # right away & did not receive a response until 2 days later, saying the number I provided is not my serial # but my SKU #. Another one of my claims were denied. Another claim I made I received no communication what so ever, & received a package in the mail with no info on where it came from, with a new table top in it. The table top they sent was damaged. I was under the impression that they would be installing any replacement furniture. The workers are rude, unprofessional, & 3 of my claims have been “under review” for over a month. Waste of my money do not waste yours!!! They make you jump through hoops in order to get a claim approved, do not communicate, & when they do they ask questions that were already provided in the claim. Plus the replacement furniture they sent was already damaged. Complete disappointment, terrible company!!!!!! As you can see the company commented on my review claiming they wanted to look into my issue; I reached out to the email provided and never received a response from them. They are obviously trying to make it look like they’re resolving customer issues to make themselves look good on Google, but do not follow through."

"We had a great experience with this company. They communicated very well, we knew when the man was coming well ahead of his arrival and he came a few minutes before. He protected our floor in the room where he worked and fixed our furniture in a timely manner. He made sure it worked well before he left. He was friendly and communicated to us when needed. Thanks for a great job!"

"CUSTOMERS BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY! This company is a literal joke! We purchased a couch from them less than two years ago and they won’t honor the warranty that the sales man claimed was sooooo great… he never gave us paperwork to review the warranties fine print he claimed we didn’t need too it covered everything you could think of.. there’s rips in cushions.. even ones that are sat on the back pillows seams are separating causes the pillow parts to sag horribly.. it creeks like it’s ten years old… This company doesn’t care about its customers only ripping them off. Contacted the bbb and the company responded saying this is normal wear and tear and they will not honor the warranty."

"DO NOT PURCHASE WARRANTY WITH THIS COMPANY! We lost everything in Hurricane Laura, and decided to replace our furniture using Arhaus Furniture. We purchased the warranty through them because we have children and thought it would be a good idea. We made a claim to have the couch cleaned 2 years later, and Montage hired AHM to do the claim work. The technician came out with a Hoover spot cleaning machine. This concerned me because I was told it needed to be professionally cleaned. The technician said he was there to spot clean and that it would look terrible, so he told me that I needed to remove the casings of our couch and machine wash them. I questioned him on this, and he assured me that he took classes on this and that it was fine to do since the casings had zippers. Again, I told him that I was never told that they could be machine washed. I trusted him, and he actually helped me take the casings off. I AIR dried them for 2 days in my home, and when I put them back on the couch they shrunk and created huge gaps in the couch between the cushions. We contacted them and let them know. They agreed that the technician should have never done that. They ordered new casings for the couch and sent another technician out to "professionally" install the new casings. The technician refused to install casings because they were 2-3x lighter than the couch base color. His professional opinion was that the couch needed to be reupholstered or replaced. They sent out another tech just to confirm that. That tech questioned me on how I dried the casings and I told him exactly how I did it (thank goodness we have witnesses to my casings being hung all over our home to air dry) and he gave his professional opinion that the couch needed to be reupholstered or replaced. We got a call from Montage that they were not going to do anything to fix the problem and that they could no longer help us. This company is truly horrific. We are left with a couch that we can't sit on without falling in between gaps, our children get stuck in the gaps, we can't have company over (haven't had company since February when this occurred), can't let small children on the couch in fear that they will get stuck and suffocate. This company is not willing to fix the problem that the company they hired won't fix. Please do not buy a warranty from them, I am truly saying this has a concerned mother and customer who doesn't want anyone else to go through what we are going through. We are truly living a nightmare."
