"This shop is the worse shop i ever had experience with i swear i rather die and go to hell b4 returning back to them. The guy ROB is a compulsive liar and has very excellent manipulation skills and overtalks you as if you are stupid and he's the smartest in america. His trick is to GIVE HIM MONEY FIRST SO HE AN ORDER PARTS AND PUT YOU ON HIS LIST but basically he's locking your money in because he is really backed up but dnt want you too change your decision about goig there.Then wen u call n ask if parts came he say 3months wait. In the end i lost thousandS n 6months wasted time n had to tow my car off lot due no brakes and etc. I advise any one if you want to keep your sanity PLEEEEEASE DONT go there. If you guys want to hear it from my mouth verbally leave your number and i will b more then happ too share my experience with you.I really dnt understand how he been nin businees this long.ROB and his team is the sme people who worked/ owned "TRUCK TRENDZ" in dearbornheights yrs ago!!!! Yall can also google trucktrendz reviews!!!"

"I am an out of towner who is here in the Michigan area for work. I was looking for a local shop who was knowledgeable with jeeps and wouldn’t give me the run around like most shops do. Well I came across Red Rock Offroad with Jim and his crew and these guys are not only knowledgeable, but go out of their way to help the customer. Brought my JKU in for them to take a look at, while they had it, they were able to address an overheating issue I had from a previous shops mistake. I’ve also reached out to them on a separate occasion for some more mechanical questions that they gladly answered. These guys are great, and I will continue to do business with them. As others mentioned, they close the doors at 6pm but stay late working on vehicles which is awesome."

"This shop is only good for jeeps and suspension work. Everything else, please go elsewhere as they had my vehicle for 10 weeks trying to fix trans lines, gear box and break lines. I paid all parts cost upfront. I tried to recovery my vehicle from Rob on week 8 after calling him weeks prior to see what's the hold up. I tried to take my vehicle to another shop at week 8 and he refused to release my vehicle. He finally finished at week 10 and added an unjustified $400 extra on top of final bill for additional labor. Clock spring was broken as well while gear box was changed. No reimburse from him on this after notifying him. Please everyone, save yourself the headache and stress by doing your research and finding elsewhere to have your vehicle serviced."

"Red Rock did a complete overhaul of my Silverado’s suspension. Rob took his time to understand my needs, ordered the parts that I needed, and we scheduled a date for install that worked around my schedule. Not long after dropping my truck off, I got one back that was better than new. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience."

"Red Rock set me up in my new Jeep to be able to go pretty much anywhere I want. They went above and beyond, even staying after hours to get my work finished so I could make my trip. I got home and went to adjust my headlights only to find they'd already done that too! I can't speak highly enough of them. Take your Jeep/truck/4x4 there. You won't be disappointed."
