"I've been in this shop a couple of times, both times the staff has been very lackluster in customer service. Today's exchange involved me looking to get a simple pipe bent for my truck. 2 90* bends that would take even a rookie 15 mins. The guy behind the counter (assuming the owner) tells me he has the material & the tool but can't do it today. I ask why not since I was more than willing to pay for the service. His answer was "we just don't do work on Saturday". I wasn't asking him to build a trophy truck. I needed a pipe bent and he could have made a quick $100 for 15 mins of his time. This reminded me why I order all my parts online and stopped trying to support local brick and mortar shops. Thanks for the lackluster customer service!"
