"The employees are not qualified. I purchased four tires at the end of 2021 and I have warranty on them. I have done tire rotation and alignment on time frequently and regularly. Yesterday, I had flat tire and I went to belle tire at Michigan Ave to get it fixed. I was told we couldn’t get it fixed. You have to replace them. I told them. I have warranty on them. They said “your tires are bald, blow the 3/30 inch of tread depth and we won’t be able to give you a warranty on them and you have to pay for them $1300.” I told them I have been coming to Belle Tire since I bought the tires frequently and regularly to do tires rotation and alignment no one told me that your tires are bald . Every time, I come to Belle Tire . I ask about the shape of the tires. They told me they are good no one told me about this issue until it came worst and bald to make me lose the warranty. When I spoke to the manager. He told me.He wasn't the manager here for last years. he just got here recently and he is not responsible for any previous work they have done for my vehicle. Would not recommend going here for any involved work. Literally, they are scammers."

"The Employees at this Location are very Rude. When I first walked into this store I stood there for 4 to 5 minutes before anyone Greeted me or said Welcome to our Store or how may I help you. I only came here because the Vehicle I was Renting thru Hertz had a Nail in the Tire they patched the Tire and I also asked them to Rotate the Tires because it was time for it to be done and I was going to have the Rental for a while the other place I took it too Changed the Oil but didn’t have the Tools to do it so that is why I asked them. Once the car was done they told me the Flat Repair was done and that the Tires had been Rotated but the main Issue I had which indicated it wasn’t done was that the Rims were Black and had Dirt on them and the only Tire that had Finger Prints on it was the Tire they did the Flat Repair on so I asked the Sales person about it and he said no he did Rotate them he is one of my most Trustworthy Mechanic come to find out they never Rotated them which caused uneven wear on the Tires they are Rude and do not do what you ask when the Rental company would have paid for it smh."

Not only was technician Jeff hospitable, he had great customer service and had my tire fixed in no time!"

"Great staff and easy to work with. The crew at the facility and the facility as well, bode for a wonderful experience. There is a dedicated high table with electrical sockets, to accommodate 4-6 people with devices. Truly a plus for those of us that need to work, even while having our vehicle being serviced.
