"A man in front of me was there before me and I stood waiting for service for at least 10 minutes. It would've been a problem if the workers were working helping others but we were standing there with no one being helped. Once I got to be served they going to sell me something that wasn't capable to my vehicle. After that I just walked out and said nothing. I think we need to keep our views politically separate from our work place also. Bless their hearts but they clearly need training in many areas. Won't be back. Napa has a good product but they can't get in the hands of the customer properly then what's the use."
