"They don’t do the work they say they did. Needed an inspection and it was never done. Phone call after phone call and I was told I was all set. They lie to your face only to force you to come back for them to actually do the work. I will never come to this belle tire"

"Took my car in for new tires, an alignment, and oil change. They ordered the wrong size (my mistake) and the tires they had available were a bit more expensive. They removed the difference from my bill total, saving me money while still being able to get the job done and get my car back to me when I needed it. Car is driving great! They definitely will take good care of you, and your car here."

"The worst place ever. If I could have given 0 stars I would have. They take your money, put in cheap parts, tell you you have a warranty and then keep telling you they can’t see you to honor the warranty because there are too many cars ahead of you. Do NOT go here. Save your money and future headaches. They put in new brakes and rotors in my car and the brakes never stopped squeaking, I tried on numerous occasions to bring it back to be fixed and they will not see me. Do yourself a favor, take your car somewhere else. Took my car somewhere else and found out that Belle Tire never installed the pins. Having them properly installed now by honest auto repair shop. He let me in to see the missing pins. Terrible service by Belle Tire. Not trustworthy or honest! Responding to Jenn…the resolution to this would be a full refund. I had to go somewhere else to get them fixed properly. I gave them plenty of opportunities to investigate but they would never get my car in no matter what days or times I tried. I even tried different locations and none of them wanted to deal with another location’s problem. It is not fair that I paid for poor products, dangerous workmanship, and bad service."
