"I don't like when people do their jobs properly and it pisses me off. I dropped off my vehicle yesterday before noon and I was told I would be called once it's ready but I did not find out it's ready until I called this morning and I picked up the vehicle, tires for replaced but none of tires air pressure for correct I have to turn around come back and apply air. So they don't really care about your time I would not recommend this place"

"Guys were rude. Manager David/tony hung up on my mom. Tried to make me pay for new bearings $475 after they messed up my car by stripping my vehicle/putting the wrong locks on when I purchased new wheels from them. Said guys who originally worked on my car were fired ?They don’t take accountability well & try everything to point blame at everyone else, avoid this location on Plymouth rd. -They also messed up my family members truck (completely damaged his brand new rims while getting new tires) he got compensated from speaking to higher ups. Avoid the headache & go to the belltire on ford rd."

"Fully aware I did not have an appointment but you can’t plan getting a flat tire. Unfortunately my car sat for two days without being worked on and no updates given. I understand they’re are very busy and probably short staffed but I could have planned better for my work days knowing I still wouldn’t have a car. Took my car to the northville location and was done in an hour"

"Went in to check on having an alignment done on my 04 WRX. After talking to Tino (who I believe is the manager) we decided to go ahead and try to swap the front tires to address other concerns first. He did the tire swap right then and there with no wait. Was incredibly friendly and helpful. He treated me like a person and took the time to explain and educate me on my situation instead of trying to push me into purchasing parts that did not need to be addressed. Not only was Tino very friendly and helpful, but the entire team was as well. Will most certainly be back when I need new tires and or any other service they offer. Thanks guys! You did great."

"Dropped my car off at 8:30pm for a flat. Got off at 430 still wasn’t done. Said it will be a few hours. Really? For a flat tire. Like they didnt want to be bothered over a tire repair but wanted to upsell me on a $100 oil change. I couldn’t wait any longer so I put my spare on in there parking lot. Just sad that you can’t bring your car to there tire shop to repair the tire. They should just become a mechanic shop if they don’t feel like tire repair is worth there time. Please take your business elsewhere!"
